NOVELTY - Preparing adhesive comprises (1) introducing surface functionalized graphene into an organic matter containing acetone solution to carry out ultrasonic dispersion to form a non-covalent modification of graphene, (2) mixing epoxy resin and epoxy diluent at room temperature to prepare crude methyl ester of epoxy resin and epoxy diluent and then dispersing coupling agent at room temperature, grinding the mixture material in a three-roller grinding machine at room temperature for 3-30 minutes to form a fine homogeneous mixture, (3) mixing the modified graphene in the homogeneous mixture. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the adhesive with heat and electricity-conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing thermally conductive adhesive comprises (1) introducing surface functionalized graphene into an organic matter containing acetone solution at 40-100 degrees C to carry out ultrasonic dispersion for 6-48 hours to form a non-covalent modification of graphene, (2) mixing epoxy resin and epoxy diluent at room temperature for 3-30 minutes to prepare crude methyl ester of epoxy resin and epoxy diluent and then dispersing coupling agent at room temperature for 3-30 minutes, grinding the mixture material in a three-roller grinding machine at room temperature for 3-30 minutes to form a fine homogeneous mixture, (3) mixing the modified graphene in the homogeneous mixture to carry out ultrasonic dispersion for 1-5 hours, and then standing at room temperature for 3-30 minutes, and (4) adding curing agent with the obtained product at 30-50 degrees C and then carrying out vacuum stirring to remove solvent for 60-120 minutes obtain conductive adhesive having graphene, metal powder, epoxy resin, thinner, curing agent and additive and homogeneous mixture.
