▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene conductive ink comprises 0.1-30 wt.% expandable graphite, 0.5-15.4 wt.% aqueous polymer resin, 0.1-30 wt.% additive and 30-97.4 wt.% solvent. USE - Aqueous graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink has conductivity of 1.87x 104-3.79x 104 S/m, light printing pattern, excellent printing adaptability and mild curing conditions, and is economical, harmless to humans and environmentally-friendly, and adopts economical raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the ink, involving (a) heating a ceramic crucible comprising expandable graphite in a microwave oven, washing with deionized water to remove the residual acid from the raw materials, and drying at 90-110 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain vermicular graphite with a volume expansion of 4-6 times, (b) adding aqueous polymer resin, additive and solvent to a dispersion tank, and stirring to completely swell and dissolve to obtain aqueous polymer resin slurry having a viscosity of 5000-30000 Pas, (c) mixing the vermicular graphite and aqueous polymer resin slurry, and uniformly stirring to obtain coarse graphite slurry, and (d) transferring the graphite coarse slurry to a three-roll mill for grinding until the particle size is less than 1 mu m to obtain the ink.
