▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-temperature phase change composite heat storage material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. inorganic salt, 24-30 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 8-15 pts. wt. copper powder and 3-8 pts. wt. graphene. USE - High-temperature phase change composite heat storage material. ADVANTAGE - The low toxic high-temperature phase change composite heat storage material has high heat conductivity, rapid heat absorption and heat release effects, maximum enthalpy value of up to 228.7 mA/cm2, thermal conductivity of 4.2 mW/mg, high temperature stability, corrosion resistance and increased energy conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-temperature phase change composite heat storage material, which involves (1) mixing sodium carbonate, barium carbonate and calcium carbonate in mass ratio of 1:0.8-1:0.7-1, warming up to the molten state, then cooling and grinding to particle size of 300-400 mesh, obtaining composite inorganic salt, (2) mixing 60-80 pts. wt. inorganic salt, 24-30 pts. wt. expanded graphite and 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, mixing, adding water, stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours to obtain mixture, and (3) freeze-drying the mixture in vacuum to obtain final product.
