▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Semi-conductive shielding material comprises 60-65 pts. wt. base resin, 25-30 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-7 pts. wt. functional additives, and 0.9-2 pts. wt. cross-linking agent. USE - The semi-conductive shielding material is useful for high-voltage cables (claimed), and for constructing long-range conductive network. ADVANTAGE - The material: has improved conductivity and mechanical properties; and has reduced protrusions caused by agglomeration of conductive carbon black, and improved surface finish. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing semi-conductive shielding material, comprising (i) measuring each component, and drying conductive carbon black, graphene oxide and functional additives, (ii) spraying silane coupling agent on conductive carbon black, completely stirring, and drying, (iii) adding dispersant to conductive carbon black and uniformly mixing in high-speed mixer to obtain highly dispersible conductive carbon black, (iv) completely mixing highly dispersible conductive carbon black, functional additives and base resin in high-speed mixer to obtain mixture, (v) melt extruding mixture in twin-screw at 160-200℃, speed of host machine is 80-140 revolutions/minutes, and pelletizing and drying extruded product to obtain pellets, and (vi) drying granular material, grinding cross-linking agent and completely mixing with granular material, and drying to obtain semi-conductive shielding material.
