NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene coating agent involves adding 20-120 pts. wt. graphene, 1-6 pts. wt. sodium lignosulfonate, 5-10 pts. wt. hydrogen-evolution inhibitor and 1000 pts. wt. water to high-speed stirring tank, stirring, adding 10-30 pts. wt. adhesive and 500 pts. wt. water, stirring, obtaining binder solution, diluting, adding 300-1000 pts. wt. water and uniformly stirring. USE - Manufacture of graphene coating agent used for preparing lead-acid battery negative plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating film formed using the graphene coating agent on lead-acid battery negative plate has excellent adhesiveness and suppressed peelability. The lead-acid battery provided using the graphene coating agent-coated negative plate has improved specific energy, excellent cycle characteristics and high power capacity.
