▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electromagnetic wave shielding composite material comprises 10-25 wt.% boron nitride nanotubes, 75-90 wt.% reduced graphene oxide, and a binder. USE - Composite material used for electromagnetic wave shielding. Uses include but are not limited to Fifth Generation (5G) communication devices, next-generation communication devices, semiconductor components, and wireless devices with high data processing speed. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding properties and improved thermal durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composite material.
