▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Water-borne epoxy zinc-rich primer is formed by mixing component A and component B according to the mass ratio of 3-5:1. The component A is 5-12 pts. wt. modified amine curing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. cosolvent, 1-3 pts. wt. rheological agent, 60-85 pts. wt. polyaniline grafted graphene oxide modified zinc powder and 0.5-1 pts. wt. other auxiliary agent. The B component is aqueous epoxy emulsion. USE - Water-borne epoxy zinc-rich primer. ADVANTAGE - The water-borne epoxy zinc-rich primer has excellent anti-corrosive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water-borne epoxy zinc-rich primer, which involves: (A) weighing the modified amine curing agent, latent solvent, rheological agent, polyaniline graft graphene oxide modified by zinc powder and other auxiliary agent; (B) adding modified amine curing agent, latent solvent and other auxiliary agent; (C) stirring uniformly; (D) adding polyaniline graft graphene oxide modified by zinc powder; (E) stirring the mixture with the rotation speed of 1500r/min; (F) adding rheology auxiliary agent according to the viscosity of the system; (G) dispersing till the fineness is not more than 40 mu m; (H) adding component A and water soluble epoxy latex with mass ratio 1:3-5; (I) adding de-ionized water; (J) adjusting to spray viscosity; and (K) stirring uniformly.
