▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The grating has a grating part (3) wound with a fiber core of an optical fiber (2). A surface of the optical fiber is coated with a certain thickness of graphene. An external layer of a graphene fiber is connected with an adjusting electrode (6). A modulator modulates a signal received by an input optical fiber. The modulated signal is output by an output optical fiber, where the length of long period optical fiber is about 1-10 m. The adjusting electrode applies driving voltage to change refractive index of the graphene. USE - Electro-optic modulator based graphene integrated long period fibre grating for an optical fiber communication field and an optical signal processing field. ADVANTAGE - The grating realizes modulation function of the optical signal in the optical communication system. The modulator accurately modulates the signal under the condition of satisfying low insertion loss, thus attaining corrosion resistance.
