▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced nylon powder comprises (1) adding aminated graphene, lactam raw material, first antioxidant and water to the polymerization kettle, polymerizing to prepare modified nylon pellets with adding aminated graphene, according to the weight ratio, 1-5 pts. wt. aminated graphene, 80-90 pts. wt. lactam raw material, 0.1-1 part first antioxidant, and 40-80 pts. wt. water, (2) cryogenically crushing modified nylon pellets to obtain nylon powder, and (3) mixing nylon powder, second antioxidant and flow aid to obtain graphene reinforced nylon powder for selective laser sintering. USE - The preparing graphene reinforced nylon powder is useful for selective laser sintering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder: enhances powder printing parts very well, and improves conductivity of parts. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene reinforced nylon powder.
