▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An oriented graphene composite aluminum conductor rod material comprises aluminum alloy casing and core material, where the aluminum alloy casing comprises clad on the outside of the core material to form a shell-core structure. The core material is made of oriented graphene-reinforced aluminum alloy composite material, and the cross-sectional area of the core material is 10-70% of the total cross-sectional area of the entire rod material, where graphene is a strengthening phase, and its content in the core material is 0.1-3 wt.%, balance of aluminum alloy. The graphene sheets are parallel to the aluminum alloy shell, forming a concentric orientation, while being parallel to the length direction. USE - Oriented graphene composite aluminum conductor rod material for overhead cables used as main power transmission carrier in wire circuit. ADVANTAGE - The directional graphene composite aluminum conductor rod material has excellent conductivity, elastic modulus and tensile strength, and improved durability and practicability.
