NOVELTY - An electromagnetic shielding material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 15-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-3 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 10-12 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-aluminum hydroxide, 5-7 pts. wt. ethyl methyl ketone peroxide, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-titania, 15-25 pts. wt. graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. electromagnetic shielding additive, 10-16 pts. wt. reinforcing fiber, 8-14 pts. wt. processing aid, 4-8 pts. wt. coupling agent and 8-10 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Electromagnetic shielding material for wire and cable. ADVANTAGE - The shielding material is industrially prepared by a simple and economical method. The shielding material has excellent wear resistance, mechanical properties, electromagnetic shielding performance, flame retardance, strong anti-interference ability and effectively protect wire and cable from electromagnetic interference caused by signal disturbance phenomenon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of electromagnetic shielding material, which involves mixing electromagnetic shielding additives, coupling agent, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, stirring at 40-50 degrees C for 30-40 minutes at the speed of 200-300 rpm to obtain a mixture (A), adding polyvinyl alcohol, nano-zinc oxide, nano-aluminum hydroxide, nano-titania, graphene, flame retardant, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and reinforcing fiber to the resultant mixture, stirring at the speed of 400-500 rpm for 40-50 minutes, adding phenolic resin, epoxy resin and the processing aid, stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain the mixture (B), transferring the resultant into a twin-screw extruder, extruding at the speed of 80-100 rpm at 150-160 degrees C, 160-170 degrees C and 170-180 degrees C respectively.
