NOVELTY - Anti-deformation composite anti-fatigue pad, comprises foaming material. The foaming material includes 50-60 pts. wt. polyether polyol and 20-30 pts. wt. polyester polyol as material A; and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, non-ionic polyisocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and toluene diisocyanate as material B in which preparation of foaming material comprises (i) reacting material A and material B to obtain material, (ii) pumping material A into mixer, introducing nitrogen into mixer, then adding material B, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed material, (iii) adjusting the temperature of mixer, (iv) introducing the dehumidified mixed material to foaming carrier, adding anti-tearing layer, continuously adding the dehumidified mixed material and scraping the mixed material by using a scraper, (v) transporting the mixed material to foaming furnace by foaming carrier to foam, (vi) rolling the foaming carrier and foaming product, and (vii) cutting the foaming products. USE - The anti-deformation composite anti-fatigue pad is useful as indoor sports pad and kitchen floor mat. ADVANTAGE - The anti-deformation composite anti-fatigue pad has high supporting force and high elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-deformation composite anti-fatigue pad, comprises foaming material. The foaming material includes 50-60 pts. wt. polyether polyol and 20-30 pts. wt. polyester polyol as material A; and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, non-ionic polyisocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and toluene diisocyanate as material B; foaming material also includes cellulose nanocrystals in which preparation of foaming material comprises (i) reacting material A and material B to obtain material, (ii) pumping material A into mixer, introducing nitrogen into mixer, then adding material B, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed material, (iii) adjusting the temperature of mixer to 95-105 ℃, maintaining for 0.5-1 hour and cooling to 50-55 ℃ to obtain dehumidified mixed material, (iv) introducing the dehumidified mixed material to foaming carrier, adding anti-tearing layer, continuously adding the dehumidified mixed material and scraping the mixed material by using a scraper, (v) transporting the mixed material to foaming furnace by foaming carrier to foam, (vi) after foaming is completed, rolling the foaming carrier and foaming product, and (vii) cutting the foaming products.
