NOVELTY - Method for treating phosphorus-containing flame retardant wastewater involves adjusting the pH value of a phosphorus-containing flame retardant wastewater solution to 5-9, adding graphene adsorbent to the wastewater, carrying out oscillation in an air bath oscillator at a temperature of 30-70 degrees C and a speed of 200 rpm for 6 hours, taking out supernatant from the conical flask, filtering through a mixed fiber membrane, and measuring the concentration of residual wastewater with filtered sample by a high-performance liquid chromatography. USE - Method is useful for treating phosphorus-containing flame retardant wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively and rapidly treats the phosphorus-containing flame retardant wastewater at high adsorption speed in an environmentally-friendly manner, and reduces industrial pollution.
