NOVELTY - The method for preparing bionic-layered nano-composite film material involves (a) preparing graphene oxide powder using modified Hummer method, (b) adding water to graphene oxide powder, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain 1-3 mg/ml graphene oxide sol dispersion liquid, (c) preparing 0.3-1 wt.% phytic acid dilute solution, (d) separating graphene oxide sol dispersion and phytic acid dilute solution, respectively, where the volume ratio of graphene oxide sol dispersion to phytic acid dilute solution is 95:0.2-95:0.1, ultrasonically oscillating and magnetically stirring to form stable graphene oxide/phytic acid mixed dispersion solution, (e) subjecting graphene oxide/phytic acid mixed dispersion solution to mechanical assembly using microporous filter membrane, and (f) completely removing graphene oxide/phytic acid mixed dispersion solution and peeling off the formed film to obtain bionic-layered nano-composite film material. USE - Method is useful for preparing bionic-layered nano-composite film material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and convenient preparation of bionic-layered nano-composite film material with high strength, design property and toughness, lightweight and excellent thermal insulation property, heat resistance, cold resistance and corrosion resistance.
