NOVELTY - An aqueous coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous-based resin, 25-40 pts. wt. water, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. additive, 0-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 0-25 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0-20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, and 0.1-2.5 pts. wt. graphene/zinc aluminum hydrotalcite nanocomposite. USE - Aqueous coating used for preparing graphene-containing zinc-aluminum-based hydrotalcite. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous coating has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flame resistance, weather resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, and hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aqueous coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous-based resin, 25-40 pts. wt. water, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. additive, 0-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 0-25 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0-20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, and 0.1-2.5 pts. wt. graphene/zinc aluminum hydrotalcite nanocomposite. The nanocomposite comprises lamellar graphene substrate in the matrix table surface in situ growth of zinc-aluminum-based hydrotalcite sheet, the formation of graphene layer and zinc-aluminum-based hydrotalcite lamellar composite micro-nanomaterials, and then the micro-nanomaterials are modified by coupling agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of graphene-containing zinc-aluminum-based hydrotalcite nanocomposite comprising mixing uniformly dispersing agents, wetting agents, film-forming additive; adding defoamer, graphene or zinc-aluminum-based hydrotalcite nanocomposite, titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate, stirring and mixing uniformly; finally adding an amount of aqueous resin ratio, thickening and curing agents, mixing evenly, curing film at room temperature to obtain graphene containing zinc-aluminum-based hydrotalcite nanocomposite.
