NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene zinc powder anti-corrosive paint comprises A component main paint and B component curing agent at the mass ratio of 0.8-1.5:3, where the A component comprises epoxy resin emulsion, graphene, water and auxiliary agent, and B component comprises curing agent, zinc powder, pigment filler, auxiliary agent and solvent. USE - The aqueous graphene zinc powder anti-corrosive paint is useful in corrosion resistance and chemical field. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has greatly improved salt spray resistance time when compared with the traditional water-based graphene zinc powder coating on the market, achieves salt spray resistance time of more than 2500h and the corrosion spread at the scratch is within 1.5 mm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous graphene zinc powder anticorrosive paint, comprising (i-a) uniformly mixing and stirring epoxy resin emulsion, antifoaming agent, wetting agent and anti-rust agent, (i-b) adding the thickening agent, deionized water, stirring and dissolving to paste, adding to the step (i-a), continuously stirring and mixing uniformly, (i-c) adding the mixing graphene in the step (i-b), mixing uniformly to obtain the A component; (ii) preparing the B component by (ii-a) dispersing and mixing the curing agent, dispersant, defoaming agent and solvent to obtain slurry; (ii) adding anti-settling agent and leveling agent to the above-mentioned slurry, stirring and mixing, (ii-b) adding mica, ferrophosphorus powder and zinc powder to the slurry and stir to obtain B component and (ii-c) when using, mixing the obtained A component and B component.
