NOVELTY - A siloxane and isocyanate-crosslinked modified graphene thermal conductive filler particles are obtained by hydrolyzing vinyltrichlorosilane and octaethylene polyhedral silsesquioxane, catalytically polymerizing, obtaining epoxy polyhedral silsesquioxane, grafting with diphenylmethane diisocyanate on surface of graphene and carbon fiber, and crosslinking epoxy polyhedral silsesquioxane with diphenylmethane diisocyanate-coated graphene and carbon fiber. USE - Siloxane and isocyanate-crosslinked modified graphene thermal conductive filler particles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The siloxane and isocyanate-crosslinked modified graphene thermal conductive filler particles have excellent heat resistance, flame resistance, and heat-conducting property.
