NOVELTY - Preparing high-temperature resistant cold-coated zinc comprises (a) firstly performing high-speed dispersion of graphene, adding graphene into modified resin, and performing high-speed dispersion, (b) transferring the material into a vortex homogenizer, filling nitrogen into the vortex homogenizer to maintain the positive pressure state in the vortex homogenizer and maintaining it for a predetermined time, and (c) adding zinc powder, silicone resin, anti-settling agent, flatting agent and defoaming agent, and dispersing. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-temperature resistant cold-coated zinc. ADVANTAGE - The method uses cold-coated zinc instead of hot-dip galvanizing, avoids high temperature in the galvanizing process, avoids component deformation caused by high temperature; and is economical. The cold-coated zinc meets the coating requirements of fans.
