NOVELTY - Preparation of air filtering graphene fiber membrane includes mixing graphene anhydrous ethanol, polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber, and anhydrous ethanol at room temperature, emulsifying, obtaining graphene dispersion solution, mixing deionized water, diamine and dicarboxylic acid, raising the temperature, mechanically stirring, obtaining adhesion-promoting solution, mixing graphene dispersing solution and adhesion-promoting solution by mechanically stirring at room temperature, obtaining graphene spinning solution and adding graphene spinning solution into centrifugal spinning tank. USE - Preparation of air filtering graphene fiber membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method provides air filtering graphene fiber membrane having large air contact area, which is good for air filtration, is simple and easy for industrial production, has low equipment requirements and easy to control operation, and does not need special equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of air filtering graphene fiber membrane comprises mixing 47-75 mass% graphene anhydrous ethanol, 20-45 mass% polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber, and 5-8 mass% anhydrous ethanol at room temperature, emulsifying by emulsifying machine for 0.5-1 hour at 8000-13000 revolutions/minute (rpm), obtaining graphene dispersion solution, mixing 56-68 mass% deionized water, 15-21 mass% diamine and 17-23 mass% dicarboxylic acid, raising the temperature to 45-65 degrees C, mechanically stirring for 1-3 hours, obtaining adhesion-promoting solution, taking 55-75 mass% graphene dispersing solution and 25-45 mass% adhesion-promoting solution, mixing by mechanically stirring at room temperature for 1-2 hours, obtaining graphene spinning solution, adding graphene spinning solution into centrifugal spinning tank, increasing rotation speed at 5000-8000 rpm, spinning at constant rotational speed of spinning cylinder at 50 revolutions/s, forming into graphene fiber film, melt blowing at 120-150 degrees C, vacuum drying at - 0.1 MPa for 1-3 hours, and obtaining the product.
