USE - Cobalt/cobalt oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material for low-frequency microwave absorbent (claimed) used in radar stealth, and communication, defense, and large data transmission applications. ADVANTAGE - The cobalt/cobalt oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material effectively adjusts the impedance matching and attenuation ability, has excellent synergistic effect of dielectric loss and magnetic loss, and strong reflection loss, and has ultra-wide bandwidth covering the whole X wave band. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the cobalt/cobalt oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material, which involves using graphene oxide, organic solvent, cobalt salt precursor, 2-aminoterephthalic acid, and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
