▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified anticorrosive coating comprises 30-40 wt.% waterborne epoxy resin emulsion, 6-13 wt.% graphene, 7-10 wt.% diazolidazolidinyl urea, 6-10 wt.% aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid, 3-6 wt.% polymaleic anhydride, 2-4 wt.% nanometer titanium dioxide, 0.1-1 wt.% curing agent, and balance is water. USE - Graphene modified anticorrosive coating is used in the field of heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings in a marine environment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified anticorrosive coating has good salt spray resistance, adhesion, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength and bending elastic modulus, it can be applied by spraying method, and the construction efficiency is higher, the raw material composition is simple, preparation process is simplified, and the production process is facilitated. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified anticorrosive coating, which involves: (A) dividing water into two portions, namely the first portion of water and the second portion of water; (B) mixing the aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, the first partial water, the polymaleic anhydride, the diazolidinyl urea, and the nano titanium dioxide into the reaction vessel, and performing a vacuum mixing reaction at 55-75 degrees C for 50 minutes; (C) adding aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid, graphene, and curing agent to the stirring vessel, adding a second portion of water, stirring under vacuum, and uniformly mixing; and (D) mixing the obtained product, and stirring the reaction under vacuum for 10-20 minutes to obtain the desired product.
