NOVELTY - Producing nanocomposites of copper double salts involves adding copper nitrate, a support and ethanol as solvent, sonicating with ultrasound for 5-10 minutes, and then irradiating with microwaves for 2-3 minutes. USE - Method for producing nanocomposites of copper double salts as catalyst for oxidation or coupling reactions and as microbicide (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces the nanocomposites of copper double salts in a simple, safe, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with increased reaction yield without using unnecessary solvents and purification reagents.
