▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Deoxyribonucleic acid fluorescence detection involves adding 6-carboxy-fluorescein-labeled single-stranded deoxyribonucleic acid and target strand deoxyribonucleic acid to tris-hydrochloric acid buffer, adding partially reduced graphene oxide, reacting at room temperature and detecting at fluorescence intensity of 520 nm and excitation wavelength of 494 nm. The partially reduced graphene oxide is obtained by mixing 4 mg/ml aqueous graphene oxide and 10 mmol/L sodium hydroxide, stirring, centrifuging, separating, washing using purified water and drying. USE - Deoxyribonucleic acid fluorescence detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and rapid deoxyribonucleic acid fluorescence detection with high sensitivity, at reduced dosage of partially reduced graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for kit for deoxyribonucleic acid fluorescence detection.
