▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based organic PTC self-regulating electro thermal fiber comprises (i) treating graphene with inorganic acid, where the graphene is graphene powder having a particle diameter of 0.5-5 mu m and inorganic acid is inorganic strong acid, preferably concentrated nitric acid and/or concentrated sulfuric acid, ultrasonicating and purifying at high temperature to obtain high temperature purified graphene, (ii) grinding high temperature purified graphene and dispersing in solvent, ultrasonicating to obtain graphene high dispersion slurry, (iii) mixing graphene high dispersion slurry with high thermal expansion coefficient polymer resin solution and auxiliary agent to obtain graphene-based PTC electro thermal slurry, (iv) treating fibrous matrix with coupling agent and drying, (v) coating dried fiber matrix with graphene-based PTC electro thermal slurry and then solidifying. USE - The fiber is useful in electric heating device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber solves the problem of overheating of current electric heating product and bonding force between the fiber matrix and the slurry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene-based organic PTC self-regulating electro thermal fiber prepared by above method.
