NOVELTY - Graphene nano zero-valent silicon-based coating comprises graphene nano zero-valent silicon, graphene nano zero-valent zinc, graphene nano zero-valent aluminum, graphene zero-valent titanium dioxide, graphene nano calcium carbonate, epoxy resin, polyphenylene sulfide resin, amino resin crosslinking agent, mixed type organic alcohol solvent, nonionic surfactant, dispersant, thickener, defoaming agent, plasticizer, leveling agent, pigment and filler. USE - Used as graphene nano zero-valent silicon-based coating. ADVANTAGE - The silicon-based coating: has significantly improved high temperature, corrosion resistance, hardness, surface adhesion, weather resistance, acid resistance, impact resistance and other properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene nano zero-valent silicon-based coating comprises 1-20 pts. wt. graphene nano zero-valent silicon, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene nano zero-valent zinc, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene nano zero-valent aluminum, 1-15 pts. wt. graphene zero-valent titanium dioxide, 1-15 pts. wt. graphene nano calcium carbonate, 5-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-30 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide resin, 1-15 pts. wt. amino resin crosslinking agent, 3-50 pts. wt. mixed type organic alcohol solvent, 0.5-1.9 pts. wt. nonionic surfactant, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. thickener, 0.1-3 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-10 pts. wt. pigment, and 0.5-1. pts. wt. filler. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene nano zero-valent silicon-based coating, comprising (i) adding graphene nano zero-valent silicon, graphene nano zero-valent zinc, graphene nano zero-valent aluminum, graphene nano titanium dioxide, graphene nano calcium carbonate, epoxy resin and polyphenylene sulfide resin to the mixed type organic alcohol solvent, and carrying out ultrasonic stirring for 35-280 minutes; (ii) adding the resulting mixture material with the filler and pigment, carrying out ultrasonic stirring for 10-150 minutes, then adding into a grinder, and grinding into fineness of less than 2 mu m; (iii) adding the non-ionic surfactant, dispersing agent, thickening agent, defoaming agent, plasticizer and leveling agent to the resulting mixture material, continuously subjecting to ultrasonic stirring for 35-200 minutes, and uniformly mixing; and (iv) adding the resulting mixture material with the amino resin crosslinking agent, continuously stirring for 15-200 minutes, then grinding in the grinder for 40-180 minutes, filtering to obtain graphene nano zero-valent silicon-based coating, sealing, and packaging.
