NOVELTY - Device comprises expandable graphite feeding mechanism, high temperature heating expansion furnace, reaction kettle, oxidant storage tank, coupling agent storage tank, mineral powder storage tank and high shear graphene dispersion stripping machine, where reaction kettle is provided with stirring mechanism and heating mechanism. The upper end of reaction kettle is provided with spray feeding mechanism and lower end is provided with a discharge port. The oxidant storage tank and coupling agent storage tank are connected to the spray feeding mechanism. The inlet end of high shear graphene dispersion stripping machine is connected to discharge port of reaction kettle through a slurry pump and outlet end is connected with the upper end of the reaction kettle to form graphene circulative stripping system. USE - The device is useful for preparing concrete graphene nano aqueous slurry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has high-efficiency and is easy-to-operate; and preparation is simple, economical and has high operability and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for concrete graphene nano aqueous slurry, comprising (i) heating high expansion multiple expandable graphite to 600-1800 degrees C for expansion to obtain graphite worm; (ii) adding oxidizing agent to graphite worm obtained in the step (i) to oxidize surface of graphite worm to obtain hydrophilic graphite worm; (iii) adding coupling agent to hydrophilic graphite worm obtained in step (ii) and heating to 70-100 degrees C to obtain modified graphite worm; (iii) adding water reducing agent and inorganic mineral powder to modified graphite worm obtained in the step (iii) to obtain modified graphite worm slurry; and (v) dispersing modified graphite worm slurry obtained in the step (iv) and peeling at a shear rate of greater than or equal to 10000/seconds.
