▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nanocarbon-based polybenzimidazole nanocomposite composition comprises polybenzimidazole, and carbon nanotubes or graphene oxides having a benzimidazole group, where the carbon nanotubes or graphene oxide comprises 0.01-0.5 wt.% of benzimidazole group of the nanocarbon-based polybenzimidazole nanocomposite. USE - Nanocarbon-based polybenzimidazole nanocomposite composition. ADVANTAGE - The nanocarbon-based polybenzimidazole nanocomposite composition is applied in the industrial mass production of the engineering plastics, and has good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nanocarbon-based polybenzimidazole nanocomposite composition, which involves: (A) charging nanocarbon-based polybenzimidazole nanocomposite powder into a mold; (B) pressing the nanocarbon-based polybenzimidazole nanocomposite powder at 20-60 megaPascals; (C) removing the pressure on the mold at 0 megaPascals, heating it to 430-500 degrees C for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and secondarily pressing it at 70-80 megaPascals for 2-3 hours; and (D) cooling the mixture to room temperature, and then removing the pressure and separating the compression-molded product from the mold.
