NOVELTY - A conductive modified thermoplastic elastomer composite film comprises a thermoplastic matrix material, 20-25 %mass graphene powder, and 0.5-1% additive based on the mass of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. The thermoplastic matrix material includes thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) particles and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) particles. USE - Conductive modified thermoplastic elastomer composite film. ADVANTAGE - The conductive modified thermoplastic elastomer composite film has high strength, low resistivity and excellent antistatic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the conductive modified thermoplastic elastomer composite film, which involves: (1) carrying out primary drying and dehumidification treatment by dehumidifying and drying graphene powder with a formula amount with a heatless regeneration adsorption dryer to make the water content to less than or equal to 2 ppm; (2) preparing TPE mixed particles by mixing a mixture of 30-35 wt.% dry TPE particles with 50 wt.% graphene powder, and using a twin-screw extruder to carry out extrusion and granulation to obtain graphene modified TPE mixed particles; (3) preparing TPU mixed particles by mixing a mixture of 30-35 wt.% dry TPU particles with 50 wt.% graphene powder, and using the twin-screw extruder to carry out extrusion and granulation to obtain graphene modified TPU mixed particles; (4) carrying out secondary drying and dehumidification treatment by dehumidifying and drying the TPE mixed particles and TPU mixed particles obtained in steps (2) and step (3) to make the water content to less than 2 ppm; and (5) blow molding into film by mixing the dried TPE mixed particles and TPU mixed particles in step (4) with the remaining amount of TPE particles, the TPU particles and additives and then placing in a blow molding machine, plasticizing by screw, extrusion blow molding through a die, then cooling by an inner and outer wind rings, edge fixing, cutting and winding by an edge fixing machine.
