▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing red phosphorus composite graphene-coated cotton carbon fiber material, involves (a) soaking nonwoven cotton in graphene oxide solution for ultrasonic treatment, (b) freezing, and freeze-drying to obtain a graphene oxide-coated nonwoven cotton fiber, (c) adding the fiber to a furnace, passing a protective gas, heat-preserving at 400-1100 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours to obtain a graphene-coated cotton carbon fiber material, (d) encapsulating red phosphorus and fiber material in a quartz tube in an argon atmosphere, (e) adding to the furnace, and heat-preserving at 400-900 degrees C for 1-20 hours, and (f) stopping heating, cooling the furnace to room temperature, and taking out the sample to obtain the red phosphorus composite graphene-coated cotton carbon fiber material. USE - The method is useful for preparing red phosphorus composite graphene-coated cotton carbon fiber material.
