NOVELTY - A copper oxide-nickel oxide/graphene oxide composite material comprises nano-copper oxide-nickel oxide particles, where the nano-copper oxide-nickel oxide particles are attached to a reduced graphene oxide layer, the molar ratio of copper oxide and nickel oxide in copper oxide-nickel oxide of 1:1, the size of nano-copper oxide-nickel oxide particles of 6-10 nm, and the monolayer of graphene oxide is reduced. USE - Copper oxide-nickel oxide/graphene oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The copper oxide-nickel oxide/graphene oxide composite material can be prepared with better electric catalytic oxygen reduction performance and low energy consumption, in simple, rapid and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A copper oxide-nickel oxide/graphene oxide (CuO-NiO/rGO) composite material comprises nano-copper oxide-nickel oxide particles, where the nano-copper oxide-nickel oxide particles are attached to a reduced graphene oxide layer, the molar ratio of copper oxide and nickel oxide in copper oxide-nickel oxide of 1:1, the size of nano-copper oxide-nickel oxide particles of 6-10 nm, and the monolayer of graphene oxide is reduced. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a copper oxide-nickel oxide/graphene oxide composite material.
