▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene polyester chip is manufactured by melt-mixing polymer material with less than or equal to 2 wt.% graphene powder, and preparing a set of graphene master batches in a short column-like granular shape, adding 1-3 wt.% tackifier to the set of graphene batches, melting and mixing 1-3 wt.% toughening agent and 1-4 wt.% dispersing agent. USE - Manufacture of graphene polyester chip used for manufacturing a graphene diaphragm (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene diaphragm containing the graphene polyester chip has high light transmittance and can be a heat insulating paper having high heat insulating efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing the graphene diaphragm which involves melting the graphene polyester chips and biaxially stretching the molten graphene polyester chips by a biaxial stretching machine to form a graphene diaphragm where the polymeric material contains polyethylene terephthalate.
