NOVELTY - A counter electrode consists of graphene conductive layer formed on transparent substrate, and graphene catalyst layer formed on the conductive layer. The catalyst layer is formed by coating slurry of doped graphene powder or graphene powder and solvent on the conductive layer and removing the solvent. The transparent substrate is hard glass substrate or flexible plastic substrate. USE - Counter electrode for flexible dye-sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The counter electrode has large area and is manufactured economically by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the counter electrode.
