NOVELTY - Electrothermal slurry comprises 10-30 pts. wt. first bonding phase, 15-40 pts. wt. second bonding phase, 0.2-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-15 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene powder, and 20-45 pts. wt. spherical graphite powder. The first bonding phase is a mixture of a thermosetting resin and a latent curing agent in a weight ratio of 100:(2-20). The second binding phase is a mixture of 10-40% thermoplastic resin and solvent. USE - The electrothermal slurry is useful in screen printing, gravure printing, and blade coating. ADVANTAGE - The electrothermal slurry has high strength, aging resistance, high size stability, strong adhesive force, and excellent conductivity and film quality, and reduces the resistance and film forming defect after curing the slurry, and improves the solid content of the electric heating slurry.
