▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Multifunctional invisible nano-particle with co-loaded VP and AQ4N comprises graphene oxide, cRGDfK polypeptide, photosensitizer verteporfin and hypoxia activated prodrug AQ4N. USE - The multifunctional invisible nanoparticle is useful for preparing medicine for treating solid tumor disease including prostate cancer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional invisible nanoparticle has high medicine loading and strong targeting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing multifunctional invisible nano-particle, comprising (i) synthesizing graphene oxide, adding sodium hydroxide to the suspension of graphene oxide, converting ester group, hydroxy group and epoxide group present on GO into carboxy group, adjusting pH of GO solution to 1 by concentrated hydrochloric acid and washing GO solution to neutral with double distilled water; (ii) catalyzing 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, N-hydroxysuccinimide and reacting 8-arm polyethylene glycol amino end with carboxy group of GO to obtain pGO; (iii) adding VP and AQ4N sequentially to pGO solution and loading VP and AQ4N having an aromatic ring molecular structure sequentially on the pGO surface to obtain pGO-VP-AQ4N by pi-pi stacking; and (iv) modifying cRGDfK polypeptide on the surface of nanoparticles by BS3 catalysis.
