NOVELTY - A stainless steel passivation solution comprises 15-25 parts mass citric acid, 8-15 parts mass tartaric acid, 2-5 parts mass additive, 5-10 parts mass dispersing agent, 10-20 parts mass hydrogen peroxide, 30-50 parts mass water, 20-35 parts mass pretreated rice water, 15-25 parts mass modified palygorskite, and 15-30 parts mass modified sulfonated graphene. USE - Stainless steel passivation solution. ADVANTAGE - The stainless steel passivation solution has excellent film-forming property due to the presence of pretreated rice water and polyvinylpyrrolidone, and is prepared by combining pretreated rice water with acid component in passivation system to remove rust, to provide flat film-forming surface for passivation, and to form stable and uniform film, and provides stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, and interfacial compatibility.
