NOVELTY - The film has two graphene terahertz layers and two adjacent layers that are connected with each other. Each graphene terahertz layer is paved with a medium layer. The graphene terahertz layer is connected with an attenuator, where area of the graphene terahertz layer is greater than area of a terahertz light spot. A single conductivity layer is connected with the graphene terahertz layer. A graphene sample is electrically placed on a neutral point. The medium layer is selected from a group consisting of a silicon dioxide layer, a boron nitride layer and an aluminum oxide layer. USE - Electric control graphene terahertz reducing reflection film. ADVANTAGE - The film improves reflection adjustable property, and has higher precision and high substrate refractive index range.
