NOVELTY - Light-weight and thin-walled wave-absorbing paint, comprises 52-63 pts. wt. wave absorbing material, 45-59 pts. wt. high polymer matrix, 20-30 pts. wt. organic solvent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. organosilicone material and 4-8 pts. wt. toughening agent. USE - The paint is useful in the military field. ADVANTAGE - The paint Improves the comprehensive performance of the absorbing coating, has high temperature resistance, excellent mechanical properties and good chemical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paint, comprising (i) mixing the absorbing materials into a high-speed mixer at 800-1200 revolutions/minutes for 10-20minutes to obtain a nanomaterial mixture, (ii) placing the nanomaterial mixture into a stainless steel ball mill and grinding for 40-70 minutes to obtain the ground nanomaterial mixture, grinding the aggregated nanomaterial mixture due to agitation to a uniform size, (iii) adding the polymer matrix, organic solvent, silicone material, and toughening agent into a reaction kettle with a thermometer and agitator, and heating to 50-60degrees Celsius at 400-600 revolutions/minute for stir 60-120 minutes to obtain dispersion system, (iv) heating to 70-90degrees Celsius, adding the ground nanomaterial mixture, stirring for 50-70 minutes under the condition of controlling the rotational speed to be 1000-1500 revolutions/minute, cooling to 25-35degrees Celsius, placing into a ball mill and grinding for 5-8 hours, and filling into barrels.
