NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene/anionic clay composite photocatalyst includes preparing adding anionic clay by dissolving mixed metal salt in deionized water to obtain mixed metal salt solution, mixing graphene oxide solution and mixed metal salt solution, stirring for 12-24 hours, and sonicating for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide and metal ion mixed solution; adding urea, carrying out hydrolysis reaction by refluxing at 103-105 degrees C for 24-48 hours, washing with deionized water, centrifuging, and drying; and sintering at 700-800 degrees C, grinding, and sieving at 200 meshes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of a graphene/anionic clay composite photocatalyst comprises adding graphene oxide in deionized water, stirring to fully dissolve and obtain 1-2 g/L graphene oxide solution, preparing adding anionic clay by dissolving mixed metal salt in deionized water to obtain mixed metal salt solution, mixing graphene oxide solution and mixed metal salt solution, stirring for 12-24 hours, and sonicating for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide and metal ion mixed solution; adding urea to graphene oxide and metal ion mixed solution, carrying out hydrolysis reaction by refluxing at 103-105 degrees C for 24-48 hours, washing with deionized water, centrifuging, and drying to obtain graphene oxide/anionic clay composite material; and sintering in vacuum or inert gas atmosphere at 700-800 degrees C, grinding, and sieving at 200 meshes.
