NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant aluminum-magnesium alloy comprises an aluminum-magnesium alloy substrate and a functionalized graphene composite coating. The functionalized graphene composite coating is coated on the outer surface of the aluminum-magnesium alloy substrate. The aluminum-magnesium alloy substrate includes 60-90 pts. wt. magnesium powder, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 0.001-0.004 pts. wt. nickel powder, 0.02-0.04 pts. wt.copper powder, and 0.02-0.1 pts. wt. silicon powder.The functionalized graphene composite coating is prepared by in-situ polymerization of KH570 and dodecafluoroheptyl acrylate on the surface of graphene oxide, and compounding with epoxy resin. The organic solvent is dichloromethane, chloroform, toluene or N, N-dimethyl formamide. The initiator is benzoyl peroxide or azodiisobutyronitrile. USE - The corrosion resistant aluminum magnesium alloy is used in automobile, electronic appliance, ship structure of large ship, and flight deck of aircraft carrier. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant aluminum magnesium alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, hydrophobicity and hydrophobic performance.
