NOVELTY - The sensor has multiple pressure sensing control unit that are uniformly distributed between the upper protective layer and the lower protective layer. Each pressure sensing control unit is connected through the internal lead, and connected with the external through the collecting cable. The upper protective layer and the lower protective layer are bonded and sealed. The pressure sensing control unit comprises an upper substrate layer, and a lower substrate layer. A Silicon (Si) layer is set between the upper substrate layer and the lower substrate layer. The upper substrate layer and the lower substrate layer are made of dimethyl silicone polymer material. USE - Distributed graphene film pressure sensor for tunnel surrounding rock pressure measurement. ADVANTAGE - The protective layer is used to package the pressure sensing unit, realizing the uniform transmission of the external pressure to the pressure sensor, improving the measuring sensitivity. The lower cavity structure of the graphene layer is circular, avoiding graphene stress concentration under external pressure, and improving the sensitivity and measuring range of the sensor.
