NOVELTY - The material comprises a titanium doped layer, a reinforced phase composite layer and a copper base surface layer. The reinforced phase compound layer is provided with an aluminum oxide whiskers reinforced layer and a graphene graphene surface layer. The copper-base surface layer is located between an uppermost layer and a lowest layer of a composite material body. A titanium-titanium doped composite layer is arranged between the reinforced-phase composite layer or between the reinforced-stage composite layer and the copper base surface layer. USE - Titanium-doped multilayer copper-based composite material for use in e.g. aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - The material exhibits better mechanical property and surface performance, and has the potential of environment for special surface performance requirement. It has good friction performance and conductive performance. The titanium doped layer structure realizes the continuous enhancement of multilayer structure, improving the interface bonding force of the enhanced phase, realizing the anisotropy in the direction vertical to the multilayer structure.
