▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing anti-static polymethylmethacrylate comprises dispersing graphene oxide or graphene in acrylic acid, glycidyl methacrylate or benign solvent, carrying out coupling reaction under nitrogen protection using polymerization inhibitor and catalyst at 30-150 degrees C for 15 hours, isolating by centrifugation or distilling-off solvent and residual monomers under reduced pressure, washing repeatedly using alkali, washing with water to obtain functionalized graphene, adding peroxide/azo initiator and methyl methacrylate into a 250 ml three-necked flask, stirring to dissolve initiator in the monomer. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-static polymethylmethacrylate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymethylmethacrylate has a stable anti-static function, good surface hardness and chemical solvent anti-corrosion property, is less susceptible to humidity, high-temperature and high transmittance, and suitable in the field of antistatic or electromagnetic shielding material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-static polymethylmethacrylate comprises: (i) dispersing graphene oxide or graphene in acrylic acid, glycidyl methacrylate or benign solvent, carrying out coupling reaction under nitrogen protection using polymerization inhibitor and catalyst at 30-150 degrees C for 15 hours, isolating by centrifugation or distilling-off solvent and residual monomers under reduced pressure, washing repeatedly using alkali, then washing with water to obtain functionalized graphene; (ii) adding 50-200 mg peroxide or azo initiator and 50-100 ml methyl methacrylate into a 250 ml three-necked flask installed with an agitator, a condenser and a thermometer, stirring to dissolve initiator in the monomer, adding 2-20 g functionalized graphene, stirring to disperse uniformly, heating to 70-90 degrees C for 5 minutes, maintaining a temperature of 70-85 degrees C for 30 minutes, observing viscosity to obtain sticky material, quenching with cold water bath to drop temperature to less than 40 degrees C, stopping stirring, pouring the pre-polymer into three bottles to prepare molds, sealing the spout; (iii) carrying out low-temperature polymerization of the molds by placing in an oven at 50-60 degrees C for 4-10 hours; and (iv) carrying out high-temperature polymerization of the molds by placing in an oven and slowly warming to 90-120 degrees C for 1-4 hours, stopping heating, naturally cooling to less than 40 degrees C and removing the mold.
