KH550 (RTM: ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 30-35 pts. wt. aluminum nitride powder, 4-6 pts. wt. boron nitride, 8-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyraldehyde, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylene terephthalate, 4-9 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium thiocyanate, 1-2 pts. wt. hexabromocyclododecane, 18-22 pts. wt. chromic acid, and 4-5 pts. wt. film forming aid. USE - Anti-fading cooling coating for mining crusher. ADVANTAGE - The anti-fading cooling coating has high thermal conductivity, excellent cooling effect, mechanical property, corrosion-resistant function, and weather resistance, and does not fade at high temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An anti-fading cooling coating comprises 40-45 pts. wt. vinyl resin, 12-15 pts. wt. melamine-formaldehyde resin, 3-4 pts. wt. thermoplastic phenolic resin, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. KH550 (RTM: ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 30-35 pts. wt. aluminum nitride powder, 4-6 pts. wt. boron nitride, 8-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyraldehyde, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylene terephthalate, 4-9 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium thiocyanate, 1-2 pts. wt. hexabromocyclododecane, 18-22 pts. wt. chromic acid, and 4-5 pts. wt. film forming aid. The film-forming aid comprises 2-4 pts. wt. nano-titania powder, 2-3 pts. wt. triallyl cyanurate, 4-5 pts. wt. dodecyl ester, 1-2 pts. wt. KH550 (RTM: ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 3-4 pts. wt. styrene, 1-2 pts. wt. ricinoleic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 2-3 pts. wt. morpholine, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. tert-butyl peroxypivalate, 1-2 pts. wt. isophorone, 4-5 pts. wt. xylene, and 12-13 pts. wt. chromic acid, and is prepared by mixing nano-titania, morpholine, styrene, and ricinoleic acid, adding into a mixed solvent comprising chromic acid and xylene, stirring for 5-10 minutes, heating at 65-70 degrees C, stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 15-30 minutes, adding dodecyl ester, KH550 (RTM: ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), and maleic anhydride, stirring for 15-30 minutes, adding other remaining ingredients, and stirring for 45-60 minutes. The anti-fading cooling coating is prepared by (i) mixing chromic acid, ethylene terephthalate, silicone oil, sodium thiocyanate, aluminum nitride powder, and boron nitride, heating at 60-70 degrees C, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm for 20-30 minutes, heating at 80-90 degrees C, adding vinyl resin, melamine formaldehyde resin, thermoplastic phenolic resin, and KH550 (RTM: ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), continuously stirring for 40-50 minutes, adding other remaining ingredients, continuously reacting for 70-80 minutes, and grinding to obtain a slurry.
