▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Lightweight cement-based graphene oxide composite absorbing material comprises 600-650 pts. wt. 42.5 Portland cement, 10-18 pts. wt. sand having fineness of 2.5-2.8, 200-230 pts. wt. water, 0.4-0.7 pts. wt. foaming agent and 200-240 pts. wt. oxidized graphene nanosheet. USE - The lightweight cement-based graphene oxide composite absorbing material is useful in adsorption and removal of waste water heavy metal ions chromium (III), chromium (IV), nickel, copper, lead, zinc, arsenic and mercury. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight cement-based graphene oxide composite absorbing material has waste water heavy metal ions removal rate of more than 98%, large adsorption capacity and fast adsorption rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of lightweight cement-based graphene oxide composite absorbing material comprising (i) taking 600-650 pts. wt. 42.5 Portland cement, 10-18 pts. wt. sand having fineness of 2.5-2.8, 200-230 pts. wt. water, and 100-120 pts. wt. oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, stirring, adding 0.4-0.7 pts. wt. foaming agent, stirring, controlling material density of 0.5-0.6 g/cm3 and pore diameter of 0.1-1.4 mm, steaming at 40 degrees C for 3-5 hours, taking out, allowing to stand for 24-48 hours and measuring compressive strength of not less than 0.9 Mpa to obtain lightweight cementitious material, and (ii) soaking in graphene oxide nanosheet dispersion for 3-5 hours, steaming at 80-90 degrees C for 3-5 hours, soaking oxidized graphene nanosheet dispersion for 3-5 hours, steaming at 80-90 degrees C for 3-5 hours and treating at 150-180 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours.
