NOVELTY - Electrochemical deposition of graphene oxide involves adding graphite to dispersion, oxidizing graphite solution, immersing electrode terminal including reference electrode, counter electrode, and working electrode as a substrate in obtained graphene oxide solution, depositing reduced graphene oxide on the working electrode by applying voltage of 2-5 V to the electrode terminal, and heat-treating the reduced graphene oxide deposited on the working electrode. USE - Electrochemical deposition of graphene oxide on substrate during manufacture of electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical deposition of graphene oxide, in a short period of time, and improves electron transport property and electron transfer efficiency of the electronic device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Electrochemical deposition of graphene oxide involves adding graphite to dispersion, oxidizing graphite solution, immersing electrode terminal including reference electrode, counter electrode and working electrode as a substrate in obtained graphene oxide solution, depositing reduced graphene oxide on the working electrode by applying voltage of 2-5 V to the electrode terminal, and heat-treating the reduced graphene oxide deposited on the working electrode. The graphene oxide solution is prepared by chemical oxidation of graphite, mixing graphite oxide and polar solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing. The working electrode and the counter electrode are made of fluorine-doped tin oxide glass, such that the particle size of graphene oxide contained in the oxide solution is 10-500 nm.
