NOVELTY - Radiation-resistant computer tomography (CT) pad comprises 80-120 pts. wt. base material, 30-40 pts. wt. oil agent, 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 10-15 pts. wt. plasticizer, 5-20 pts. wt. carbon material, 5-25 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and 1-10 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - The radiation-resistant computer tomography pad is useful in field of medical instrument for diagnosis of medical examination and important disease of human body. ADVANTAGE - The pad has good compression strength and anti-compression deformation effect, improves comfort level shielding effect, and has wide development prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing radiation-resistant CT pad comprising (1) mixing and stirring carbon material, auxiliary agent, surfactant and oil agent at 500-800 revolutions/minute for 40-60 minutes to obtain a mixture, (2) placing mixture, base material, crosslinking agent and plasticizer in a banbury mixer at 80-100℃ for 20-25 minutes, (3) goes through a refining process, secondary refining process, cooling to release the sheet, and molding, (4) placing into an autoclave after molding, soaking in pure water, heating to 140-150℃, increasing pressure to 10-15 MPa, and allowing in carbon dioxide or nitrogen, and (5) inhaling and saturating material, and baking at a high temperature of 140-160℃.
