NOVELTY - Electrolytic solution, comprises lithium salt, organic solvent and electrolytic solution additive. The electrolyte additive is phosphate compounds (I) or (II). USE - The electrolytic solution is useful in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrolytic solution does not significantly increase the viscosity of the electrolyte, does not increase the impedance of the lithium battery, and does not affect the low temperature and fast charge and discharge performance of the lithium battery, ensures low temperature and fast charge and discharge performance, and significantly improves the safety performance of lithium batteries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Electrolytic solution, comprises lithium salt, organic solvent and electrolytic solution additive. The electrolyte additive is phosphate compounds of formulae (I) or (II). R1, R2and R3= straight-chain hydrocarbon group having terminal group of -CH3, -CH=CH2or -C(=CH) and carbon number ≤ 8. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for lithium-ion battery. The battery utilizes anode , cathode and diaphragm.
