NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) pouring anode active material, additive and conductive agent into reaction kettle, respectively, stirring and mixing for 20 minutes, (ii) pouring cathode active material, additive and conductive agent into reaction kettle, respectively, stirring and mixing for 20 minutes, (iii) uniformly mixing the anode slurry and the cathode slurry auxiliary adhesive on metal net, (iv) rolling and drying the coated metal net, (v) cutting the diaphragm according to the specification of the battery, and (vi) connecting the lead, finishing the manufacturing of the electrode. USE - Preparation method of new energy battery electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method is more uniform and effective, and has good stability. The hydrophilic titanium oxide can be uniformly dispersed in the slurry, matched with the agent of the conductivity of the electrode slurry. The additive improves the viscosity of slurry and prevents slurry precipitation. The cathode uses inert metal as electrode material and the stability is good.
