NOVELTY - A graphene via impurity removal method is prepared by taking concentrated nitric acid and graphite, oxidizing, adding excess sodium carbonate, neutralizing, washing with purified water, drying, adding adsorbent, stirring for 1.5-2 hours, adding 17-25 wt.% hydrochloric acid, 25-30 wt.% ethanol and water mixed solution, drying, heating at 50-60 degrees C, stirring for 3-5 hours, collecting precipitate, filtering, washing with purified water, drying, adding processing liquid, filtering, pumping ozone, heating at 70-80 degrees C under 2.2-3 bar for 4-5 hours, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene via impurity removal method (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene via impurity removal method is prepared by taking concentrated nitric acid and graphite, oxidizing to obtain graphite oxide, adding excess sodium carbonate, neutralizing, washing with purified water, drying, adding adsorbent comprising 20-25 wt.% acetone, 3.5-5 wt.% sodium n-hexadecyl, 10-13 wt.% 2-butyne acetal, 5-7 wt.% 4-phenyl butyronitrile, 10-15 wt.% magnesium oxide, 2-3 wt.% sodium hydroxide, 5-10 wt.% ammonium persulfate and balance silicone oil, stirring for 1.5-2 hours, adding 17-25 wt.% hydrochloric acid, 25-30 wt.% ethanol and water mixed solution, drying, heating at 50-60 degrees C, stirring for 3-5 hours, collecting precipitate, filtering, washing with purified water, drying, adding processing liquid comprising 9-12 wt.% 3-dimethylaminopropyl anisole, 3-5 wt.% propylene carbonate, 0.3-0.5 wt.% dicumyl peroxide, 1-3 wt.% fatty acid glyceride, 0.75-1 wt.% oxyclozanide, 3-6 wt.% 2-(pentafluorophenoxy)ethanol, 5-9 wt.% isopropyl magnesium chloride, 15-30 wt.% isopropyl alcohol and balance water, filtering, pumping ozone, heating at 70-80 degrees C under 2.2-3 bar for 4-5 hours, pumping carbon monoxide, and drying.
