▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detector comprises a first portion of graphene, a first hairpin probe (Hl) comprising a multiple of nucleotides, the first hairpin probe (Hl) being linked to and being in electronic communication with the first portion of graphene, in its hairpin configuration, the first hairpin probe (Hl) comprising a bottom portion linked to the portion of graphene, a paired portion, and optionally an unpaired end portion, the first hairpin probe (Hl) being configured to open upon binding by a target molecule (T) with the paired portion of the hairpin probe (Hl), the binding giving rise to an Hl-T complex having a paired region formed between the first hairpin probe (Hl) and the target (T), the Hl-T complex further having a protruding segment. USE - Detector used as DNA BIOESENSORS for detection of drugs or other targets (e.g.a nucleotide, protein, a chemical species, a drug molecule, a contaminant, a biomolecule, a metal, or its combination) (claimed), for target recycling and for detection of amplicons in a system for quantitative DNA sequencing in hybridization chain reactions. ADVANTAGE - The detector has enhanced sensitivity and specificity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for detection of drugs or other targets (e.g.a nucleotide, protein, a chemical species, a drug molecule, a contaminant, a biomolecule, a metal, or its combination), which comprises contacting a detector to a sample comprising an amount of a target (T).
